I was buying commercial & residential properties,  freehold & leasehold premises.

Moving into property development

Focusing on the refurbishment of period houses, transforming them into desirable turn-key projects ranging from £500k to over 3.5 million,

including interior design, remodelling, design construction, surveying, purchasing, marketing, projecting management, and ensuring works are completed to standard, within budget & on time.

and now, helping to develop people and there company's with great success.

Being a Sailor (Yacht Master's qualification) for many years demonstrates the importance of Planning, Preparation, Teamwork, Communication and Leadership, the skills you use daily in your business; I hope to see you on board.
